About Me
Hey, I'm David. And my goal in life is to live for what truly matters, and to inspire others to do the same. Life is very short, eternity is quite long, so I want to make the most of every moment I’m given. God literally laid down His life to save me! I can’t think of a better way to spend my life, than to live wholeheartedly for Him!
I want the world to know Jesus, and I want the Church to live with a strong sense of urgency! While there are many ways of working to this end, I recognize that God has given me an adventurous spirit, an authentic heart, and a creative eye. So moving forward, I'll be traveling to different nations to visually capture God at work and produce inspiring videos with the goal of compelling believers everywhere to live radically for Jesus!
My Story
I was raised in a small town in the mountains of northern California and grew up going on fun adventures with my family! I fully surrendered my heart to the Lord at the age of 10 and from that point forward, I began growing in my relationship with my Heavenly Father. I've always wanted to make a difference in this world, and in 2018 I went to college to study God's Word! After graduating two years later, I felt a strong calling to serve in oversees missions. But it wasn't until 2023 that the Lord made this possible!
My Mission
Over 5 billion people are active on social media today, constantly scrolling, searching, and being shaped by what they see. I believe this is the greatest mission field of our generation. As a media missionary with YWAM Ships Kona, I create content to share what God is doing around the world and invite others to play their part in God's unfolding story. I never imagined I'd be a full time, oversees missionary, those are people you only read about in books, right? But it's a privilege to spend my life for the furtherance of the gospel!
